I'd rather be shopping

MY OOTD: T-shirt Zara | Jeans Missguided | Tartan shirt Asos | Shoes H&M | Bag D-mop HK | Sunglasses Thrift shop

"I'd rather be shopping"

The quote on my t-shirt is pretty much my life mantra. For my fiancé the gym is his cradle for stress relief and mental focus, for me its online shopping and retail therapy. It’s my way of unwinding and relaxing, it can be expensive but hey everyone needs a passion right?

For today we have a simple look with a touch of tartan, I styled this way on purpose to draw the attention and emphasis to this interesting diamonte stone hand sling bag. I was personally very amused when I found this eccentric yet cool hand bag at D-Mop in Hong Kong. I mean if you look closely it’s literally an "engaged" handbag haha!  It would be a welcoming change to cheer on with this instead of the giant hand foams at the Rugby Sevens this year don’t you think girls?

Stripey Bootcut

MY OOTD: Top Topshop | Trousers Topshop | Fur Scarf Missguided | Sunglasses Asos | Shoes Asos

For spring 2015, stripes are dominating the runway and I found these perfect pants hanging in Topshop to get on the wave of the latest trend. I especially love the colour and the low waist wide fit of the pants.

Bearing in mind girls, wide leg fits are unique yet super chic bottoms can be styled with anything and at any point throughout the year regardless of the season. I find these particular trousers very elegant and adore the way they make your legs appear longer and your silhouette look slimmer. The best part is these trousers and this style can be adorned by petites as well as plus size women as it truly is a universal look.

Along with the trousers I am sporting a navy polo turtle neck. I enjoy wearing turtle necks, it always gives a mysterious and classy look when you are all covered up yet with an attractive appeal. Moreover the full body cover gives a great silhouette of your figure as it emphasizes the womanly curves. It’s a common misconception to feel you must reveal skin to be “considered” attractive or sexy, well I’m here to show you how one can be just as sexy if not more in a classy top like this!

A Parisian Fashion Week Ensemble

MY OOTD: White longline shirt Boohoo | Peplum crop top Topshop (1 year ago) | Jacket River Island | Sequins hot shorts Topshop (2 year ago) | Trainers New Look | Sunglasses Asos (2 years ago) | Necklace Topshop | Ring River Island | Bag Céline | Furball Keychain Asos

With all the Parisian Fashion Week snaps soaking up the web and taking over my instagram feed. I can't help but wish I was attending Paris Fashion Week too!

I've worked with one of Hong Kong's top fashion photographers, Matryoshka to capture my "Frow-worthy" look that I would most likely wear if I was attending last week.

We are fast approaching spring and I wanted to reflect our transition from winter in this casual yet chic look. For this look I am wearing a white sheer longline shirt layered with a pink peplum crop trop, with hot sequin shorts and a pair of glamorous glitter trainers. I love how the entire look is such an expected combination, keeps it very young, fresh and edgy.

My favourite winter trend has always been fur fashion, especially on collars, hence why this grey faux fur biker jacket was definitely a fashion week essential. Finally, I am wearing bold monochrome sunnies, which is the statement accessory for this look. The impact of sunglasses should never be underestimated as how you accessorize your face effects the overall perception of the entire outfit. These sunnies give the look a retro edge.
