Caping it Right

MY OOTD: Indian Outfit India Boulevard | Choker La Moda | Shoes Asos | Hair Accessory Claire's | Hair & Make up @makeupbyaishaa

The Cape Lengha is the Indian fashion trend of the season! I've had the pleasure of collaborating with India Boulevard for this gorgeous Indian Outfit. The process was easy and simple - select and upload your outfit inspiration - select desired style - perfect it by collaborating with the in-house designer - you model it you own it. I was so happy with this creation, it was more than what I imagined it to be :)

In both Hollywood & Bollywood, the cape trend has taken over the fashion world by storm. This has been a trend of been I've dying to try out, and I'm in love! I love adopting modern silhouettes with ethnic wear, its such a fresh take on a traditional lengha. It's the new alternative duputta on a lengha.

For all those girls who feel conscious of there arms, this is a trend for you! Kimono Capes do the trick in camouflaging the under developed triceps. The definite lines that run down the arm create the illusion of length and leaness, focusing the eye on the waist.

Cold Shoulders & Corset Belts

MY OOTD: Top Asos | Jeans Zara | Belt Retro Luxe London | Jacket Newlook | Bag Givenchy | Shoes Asos | Choker Asos | Glasses Asos

Corset belts are fall's hottest accessory! I adore all the Prada corset belts!!! You can get similar belts on a budget from Retro luxe. I love that they give a fresh feminine twist to something people would normally wear as lingerie or dressed under evening wear, that can now be used for upping your street game as a statement accessory whilst cinching your waist!

NYE 2016 OOTD

MY OOTD: Playsuit Asos | Bag Valentino Belt | Valentino Bag Strap | Earrings Aldo | Shoes Valentinos

Finding the perfect New Years Eve outfit to celebrate this event is always a struggle. December time for me is Sequin Season, and its the only time of year I don't mind looking like a disco ball. Found the gorgeous embellished playsuit on Asos, and knew this was the one, regardless of what or how I was celebrating, this was the outfit!

Once I was all ready, I realized I needed a belt with the look to add a pop of colour. I didn't bring an belts with me on my trip to Dubai, so I improvised by using my Valentino bag strap around my waist as a belt. It fit and matched perfectly with my bag and shoes - a perfect blend of modern luxury and classic style.

Im excited for another year of opportunities, success and beautiful clothing - cheers to 2017.
