As per request on Instagram to make a list of things to do in Bahrain. Bahrain is a smaller version of Dubai, except its more authentic, cultured and local. Dubai being filled with 70% expats, Bahrain has 50% expats. Which means you'll see more locals, more ethnic structures & history here. In the 2 years I've been here, I've seen a lot of urbanization and development happen everywhere. Bahrainis are very warm, liberal and friendly people which is what made the transition of settling here easier. 

In Dubai, alcohol is served in hotels only. Bahrain, however, we have a street called Block 338 in Adliya which is filled with restaurants and bars which serve alcohol. You can go bar hopping basically on that street which is quite hipster and cool.

Bahrain is a great place to visit, the food is incredible here. Bahrain is an eating culture, if you follow me on Snapchat or Instagram you'll know that I've become a foodie only after moving here. On weekends the population of Bahrain increases spikes up, as that's how many people from Saudi are driving in for weekend tourism on the tiny island.

The best time of the year to visit Bahrain would be from November to March as the weather is incredible during this period. Summers here are unforgivable to say the least, with the temperature rising beyond 45 degrees and it's near impossible to be outdoors in such conditions.
