What’s In Your NeatFreak’s Pouch - Part 3

Bag featured is The NeatFreak's Wrap Me Up Bag in Nude: www.neatfreaksbysanch.com

Here’s the final part of the first series of What’s In Your Pouch. After applying primer and concealer as mentioned in previous posts, the best way to lock it all in is using powder. Now, a lot of people, including the Kardashians, swear by banana powder for the under eye area. If you find it hard to commit to that really light under eye look - then here’s an alternate option.

It is important to note that we need one powder for all over our face to lock in all the liquid based makeup we have put. This will prevent it from melting off our face.  As our under eye is darker than the rest of our face, it is a good idea to use a powder lighter than the one you use all over to help brighten that area. A quick hack is to get a powder from the same brand you use for your face but a few shades lighter. This way you brighten your under eye but don’t need to use a banana powder for it- plus it will last a really long time- good investment.

As I use, MAC studio fix powder NC41, I use NC25 just under my eyes to lighten it up.

Remember: It is all about finding what is right for your skin.
